Mountain Lion Upgrade

2 issues!!
Firstly I have upgraded to Mountain Lion and during installation the following error, "OSX can't be installed on the disk Macintosh HD, because a recovery sysytem can't be created"😡

Secondly when I "Click Restart to return to your previous version" it just tries to install Mountain Lion again😕

Would appreciate any advice/instructions as to how I can use my MacBook again!!!!🙁
