I am reluctant to upgrade at the moment as i have a stable setup with win7 and win-sever 2012 running on imac and mac mini. Interested in what people wh upgraded think.

I think its great, offers more features, has better power management and memory management features. While not a radical upgrade like win7 to win8, I think its a great step in the right direction. Its been very stable for me, I know there's a few problems with it (as is with any new OS) but overall its a stable operating system for me.

I think Mavericks is a great OS... It seems IMO to be much more productive than Mountain Lion was, and the small changes such as compressed memory, iBooks, Finder tabs etc really make a big difference. I'm very glad I updated ;)

You would get more results in your poll if you made it 10.6 Snow Leopard and 10.9 Mavericks ;)

Not many people are going to prefer 10.8 Mountain Lion over 10.9 Mavericks because 10.9 is obviously an improvement over 10.8. Mavericks being better than Snow Leopard would be more debatable. I think Mavericks is better than Snow Leopard and any other previous version of OS X.
