Hi Everyone

(using osx 10.5.7)

I tried do sync some files (by linking it via symlink [ln -s]) over my (synced, so local stored) iDisk and it mainly works... so far that i could be happy with it. But some library files i tried to sync are needed/read by osx while logging in. For example the installed widgets (~/Library/Widgets - e.g. - it's only one of all the directorys but used in the same way)...
Unfortunately osx mounts the local stored iDisk after loading environment and everything. Thereby my widgets directory is not available while logging in resp. while osx need it.

Can anyone help me out with that? For example by:
- Howto mount the local iDisk by system startup or just before loading the interface?
- Creating something like a symlink with two targets with diffrent prioritys ot falling back to another local directory... (i know, this idea might be a bit "faraway")

Anyway.. (think it's good placed here, no other thread needed)
Does anybody know how this is done with that local iDisk? Must be a image file or something... "/sbin/mount" mounts my not existing second local harddrive (/dev/disk1s2)?

thanks for any help!

cheers
