All iPads Mouse Assistive Touch scrolling question

Hey guys. I’ve been occasionally using my mouse when I use my Logitech keyboard case with my iPad Air 3. I was wondering, are there settings to change scroll direction and speed when using the scroll wheel? It scrolls in the opposite direction I’m used to and scrolls reallly really slow. The settings in accessibility are VERY confusing.

Sorry if this belongs in the iOS 13 forum, I wasn’t sure which one to put it in.

I don't think any settings like those exist.

There is no ability to change scroll direction or speed. It's a rudimentary implementation.
