Mouse Cursor too small

Is there any way to make the mouse cursor a little larger on the desktop like you can on Windows?

Yes, System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse > Cursor Size.

Thank you for the replies but I am not able to access any display to change the size of the cursor. This is on a new iMac 27

Click the Apple in the upper-left corner of your screen, select >System Preferences . . . >Accessibility >Display and then slide the "Cursor Size:" selector to your preferred cursor size and you're finished.
