Are there any BT Mice (BT Mouse) that has a switch that will switch between say 3 different computers?

Yep, a quick google found this Logitech mouse:

Logitech MX Master mouse along with the MX Keys Keyboard.
You can use both with 3 computers.
I use with my Mac Mini and with my MSI Windows computer.
However I prefer to use their dongle on both as the Mini sometimes has bluetooth issues.

Using an M720 right now, it's a great mouse for multi-computer use. 👍

... and yes, unfortunately doing the same here. Bluetooth on everything else, but the USB receiver is permanently plugged into the Mini.

It sucks that as a lefty, your only option is a shape that's too small to be good for anyone...

If you want an ergonomic mouse, the Logitech Lift comes in a lefty version and can switch between 3 devices. The product listing doesn't seem to say it can do 3 devices anywhere, but if you look at the image of the bottom of the mouse, the toggle is there.

Is Universal Control not an option here? With this, you can use any mouse.

I've not used this before, but it could be a good option "if" all the devices the OP uses are compatible. I have a multi-device keyboard and mouse, but I use it with my iMac and home security DVR that sits in the same room, the latter of which obviously wouldn't be compatible.
