I have recently set up a Mac Pro (8-core 2.8 GHz, 6 Gb, 3 HDs, USB Mi Mse/Kbd) and loaded it with Parallels and XP. Quite suddenly one day I find that the USB mouse and keyboard do not respond when I restart the machine, and only start working when I pull out and re-connect the USB connection. Once re-connected, the mouse and keyboard seem to work ok. I have tried to search fora and google for solutions without much success. I did do a safe start-restart, reset the PRAM in the course of this search for solutions.

Any help or advice much appreciated

Re: Mouse/keyboard unresponsive on restarting

It is recurring - happens every time I restart. It's unrelated to XP, because I am not running XP at startup. Forgot ot mention, OS is Leopard.
