My gen one magic mouse stopped working on most surfaces including my black mouse pad.
The only way I can get it to track was to buy a silver glitter plastic sheet.
What's going on is there a fix?
I used compressed air to clean the lens. Also tried it on my kids imac same Thing happens.
If I use anything metallic it tracks perfect.
Glossy items kind of work.
Flat items don't work at all.
