Mouse pointer moves automatically to scroll bar. How to disable it?

At first I thought it was a bug. But since I use the mighty mouse, normally when I open new windows the mouse pointer will move automatically to the scroll-bar.
And with the mighty mouse this is useless, since it has a scroll-ball.

Is there a way to disable this?

No, nor anything that I could think that is causing this.
