I bought my iMac in June/July timeframe. The other day my wireless mighty mouse stopped scrolling down (using the scroll ball). It still scrolls up and works otherwise. What are my options? Will Apple provide a replacement since I'm still under warranty?

    It needs to be cleaned.

Go to Apple's support site and look up how to clean it.

It just needs cleaning. Turn it upside down on a piece of paper and roll it around vigorously.

I use a lint free cloth, like a clean cotton white t-shirt. I found its not that good with paper towels, at least in my experience. Hope they come out with a new mouse soon that gets rid of this slight irritation I have to deal with every couple of weeks and consumers seconds of my life
