After 20 years of using a PC I've gone iMac and I've been searching and installing PC equivalent tools. Is there a program to give Mighty Mouse more properties?

I thought the Mighty Mouse was already pretty well customizable?

I agree. Although I was never really happy with the feel of the Mighty Mouse's "one button" and scroll wheel, and I always seemed to accidentally hit the side button on accident.

What kind of other customizations were you looking for?

I'm looking to copy/paste/cut/delete/send to with mouse. I will look into USB Overdrive. I have carpal tunnel in both hands, and I'm looking to use mouse as much as I can to avoid keyboard.
Thank you for suggestions.

USB overdrive will work for you but you have to assign the keyboard equivalents to the buttons.

It will also mess up your bluetooth. Your battery indicator on your mouse
screen will dissapear all together!

So you have to take the good with the bad.

If you have carpal tunnel, wouldn't you want a more ergonomic mouse? Maybe something from Logitech?

Seriously, for me - the MM is so uncomfortable.
