This is silly but I can't find the answer through searching. Basically I want to click the scroll-wheel on my mouse to bring out the omni-directional arrow thing that Windows has. Is there an option somewhere to enable that? And if not, is there some sort of modification/program I can download to have it?
I browse on half-screen (or smaller) most of the time, and something like that is just more convenient to use to side scroll than having to manually click the scroller on the bottom.
