Mouse spazzing

Anyone ever have trouble with their mouse wigging out. I cant use the scroll button because it just goes down then back up. Driving me nuts!
 
What kind of mouse are you using? USB or BT, and brand?

Have you checked your mouse setting in System Preferences?
