Mouse wireless compatibili

Salve a tutti,
ho un MAcBook Pro i7 (Mac OS X 10.6.8) ed ho problemi con un paio di mouse:
- Lenovo Bluetooth Laser Mouse (800dpi)
- Lenovo Wireless Mouse (1000dpi)
entrambi funzionano molto male, vanno a scatti, i click non risponde bene. Ho provato a giocare un pò con i setting, ma niente.
Vorrei acquistarne uno (senza spendere cifre esagerate), ma vorrei essere certo di non avere problemi di compatibilità. A quali requisiti dovrei fare attenzione?

both work very badly, go in spurts, clicks do not respond well. I tried to play a bit with the settings, but nothing.
I would like to buy one (without spending exaggerated), but I want to be sure you do not have compatibility problems. Which requirements should I look for?

Ho sempre preferito i mouse di Logitech, come il mio Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX™
