Mouseclick with keyboard shortcut

Is there any sort of utility for OS X that will register a mouseclick, wherever my cursor is, when I type a keyboard shortcut?

Keyboard Maestro will do this. Look at the Features page under Interface Control. You would set up your hotkey as a trigger, and the mouse click as the action

Keyboard maestro seems pretty cool. A good compliment to Butler.
