.mov files not syncing to iPhone

I just added new videos to my iTunes to sync to my iPhone, and when I sync it says the format is not supported. This confuses me because almost every other video on my iPhone is .mov. Any help is greatly appreciated.

right click on the file in iTunes and select covert to iPhone/iPod or something like that.

This confuses me because almost every other video on my iPhone is .mov.

.mov just tells the computer what to use to play the file. There are about a million different video types that can end with .mov.

Just follow brn's advice and you should be fine.
