.mov help!

ok, so I have about three hundred .mov files that I am wanting to either export as .aif(f) of .mp3. Does anyone know a BATCH way to do this? Thanks for saving me time guys!

.mov is video file.
why do you want to convert them to audio? (.aiff, .mp3)
