.mov repair software?

I have some important .mov files but have mysteriously become damaged and can no longer be read by quicktime or more importantly final cut.

Is there any software out there to repair mov files?

The files are still around 1.2gb each so the information must still be there.

What's worse, it's on XP.....what software is best??
