Resolved Move a clip in Final Cut Pro X timeline, when clip has transitions applied?

I found the answer for this last year but forgot what that was, I have been unable to find the answer again after searching for it the past few days. How do I move the clip with transitions applied? Thank You.

shouldn't be a problem. just click it in the right space (the top bar of the surrounding frame)

Definitely more unclear than it should be, be helpful if there were a user tip when trying an incorrect way.
