Move Apps to start on Second Page

Anybody know of a way to move all apps top start on page two so you can have a blank homescreen with just the dock on the bottom?

I guess you could create *empty* programs with a space or full stop as labels?

Just get Summerboard, you can leave off the last row. You can order them with iOrder. I don't know if it's possible to remove them all, though. If you don't want to do that, I think you can hide them by editing the .plist. I don't know if this makes them go to the second page or gone for good, though.
