This may seem like a silly question. My dad just got the new iphone 5 and wanted to transfer all his files from his iphone 4 to iphone 5. He backed up his iphone 4 and restored it to his iphone 5. His contacts were all there after the restore. The next day he notices all his contacts are gone. I connect it back up to restore and then i noticed it must be setup through icloud or something because there's the refresh button on the top left.
Is there anyway to add these contacts TO THE PHONE so his contacts don't disappear again and he doesnt have to rely on the icloud? Is the only way to do it 1 by 1 or can you just add everything from the icloud to the ACTUAL PHONE's hard drive with a few buttons?
