Move iTunes form one computer to another

Hi!

OK, so I just built a new computer. I moved the disk with all my music across, and pointed itunes to it, but it did not automatically load up all my msuic and stuff. Do I have todo something special or anything? What should I do to get my library all back. The music is all there, so is the itunes library*.itl file

Hi,

press and hold the Option key and launch iTunes.

Click the "Choose Library" button, browse to the iTunes Library.itl file, click Open.

This will work if you moved your whole iTunes folder across.
If you did not, please explain how you did to move the music to the new computer.
