move my address book only from external hardrive

I was wondering how to move my address book with contacts from a time machine back up I restarted my computer completely and now want to move only certain things so I was wondering how to move my address book with full contacts to my computer.

Enter Time Machine, and navigate to your user folder and go to Library/Application Support/Address Book. Select it and hit restore and it should give you your contacts back.
