Move photos from one shared stream to another?

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask this.

I'm looking to move 700+ photos from one shared photo stream to another. Is there an easy way to do this? Particularly with keeping comments and likes in tact. I realize I can share from one to the other but you can only do so many at a time.

Additionally, we have turned on family sharing. When we did this a shared photo stream was auto-generated entitled "Family" this seems a bit different than regular shared photo streams. Does anyone know what the differences are?
