Move redhat to vmware fusion

I copied the vmware files for the redhat distro. Now I'd like to use it in Fusion.
Here are the files that I have available.

Linux.plist
Linux.vmdk
Linux.vmsd
Linux.vmx
Linux.vmxf

Which should I be selecting to run red hat?

open vmx file in fusion. that should work
