Move the Spotlight Search Screen?

Does anyone know if the Spotlight Search screen that now appears by default as the first screen can be moved to the end instead?

It's not really the first screen, you have to swipe it to there in order for it to show up.

It's not really the first screen, it's more like screen 0 (or screen -1)
