Move user ?

I have 3 users set on my Mac boot drive which is SSD. Is it possible to move 1 or 2 of them (seldom used) to the secondary drive (HDD)?
That would allow a better space management between the internal drives.

The discussions.apple link led me in a promising way. However, a series of permissions problems and the fact that my system password was no longer recognized, made me go back while I could without hairy consequences...
So, for now I can live with all the users on the same drive.
BTW I am with El Capitan v.10.11 Beta
