Movespeed Base shipping?

Has anybody ordered the new Movespeed mac Mini base and actually received it?
2024 M4 New Mac Mini 10 Ports/4 Ports Hub & Stand Max 10Gbps/40Gbps Transfer Speed with NVMe M.2 /SATA SSD (512GB-4TB)/SSD Enclosure
It was supposed to start shipping on Dec 15, and I ordered and paid Nov 27. I have tried contacting them both on the Shop app and online without getting a response.
Is it time to contest the charges?

Same here. I ordered mine 13th December, availability promised 26th December, they charged my credit card straight away but no sign of any shipment. No response from support either. Lots of sales emails but nothing else.

I called Chase and contested and got an immediate refund.
Later in the day, I got a communication from Movespeed that the order was canceled and they would refund it.
Go figure.

Got my refund before everyone claims theirs, got the money too early and never communicate delays, it might eventually ship, but that company won’t get my money.

Not serious enough to announce possible and understandable delays.

Contacted my credit card company last week to dispute the payment but they have not taken any action yet, then today I get the notification that my item has shipped, will wait and see if it gets here before I cancel my dispute.
