iPod Movie artwork problem

For some random movies, such as depicted in the attached photos, whenever I add my own movie poster from the internet, it comes up either as plain white or green and black. How do I fix this? I'm on iTunes 7.5. Thanks.

Does the movie play fine? have you gone into artwork and deleted any screenshot set as the art?
