I was planning on purchasing the new James Bond movie off of iTunes. I can buy that for $20 or the entire Daniel Craig collection (4 movies) for $40. I already own Skyfall (I own the other 2 as well, in SD that I ripped from DVD. Having them in HD would be nice). Will they treat this like a "complete my album" and credit me for the movie I have already purchased? Or am I paying the $40 no matter what? Will I end up with 2 copies of Skyfall? Because that seems dumb.

You will pay $40. I was in the same situation with Fast & Furious collection. Even though I had a couple of the movies already purchased, Apple still charged me full pop when I bought the collection. Wish I could have offered you better news.

Yeah, I ended up buying it. At least they didn't stick a second copy of Skyfall in my library
