Movie Rentals not Clearing Down when Synching

Hi.. When I synch with Itunes having rented a film it does not free up space even if it is deleted by me. I have to reset the iphone each time. Anyone else have any problems or can offer solution. Thanks.

I'm having this problem too. Rented a movie, moved it to my iPhone, it expired but it still shows up in the capacity bar.
