Movie Sync Problem!

When I try to sync a movie with my ipod touch it wont let me, the movie title is grey out. The format of the movie is correct and it lets me sync all my other movies. I have also tried this with my ipod video and I have the same problem.

Whats wrong?

Is this a movie you have purchased from the iTunes Store? If not, it could be that the iPod doesn't support the codec. You could try converting with Handbrake; it has presets for the iPod.

Try changing the extension from mp4 to m4v if you are sure it is in the right format.
