Movies to CD - How ?

For the first time ever ive now got a fast internet connection to my iMac, and can now download movies using Rapidshare . As I have never done this before I really don't know the best way to put the downloaded movie onto a CD to watch later on my Tv , can any one please advise me what's the best way to do this ? ... Thanks

Sorry Its the first time ive used Rapidshare , and did not know its pirating software , but the movie links I get that show the Rapidshare links come from a normal Movie forum and I don't think they would allow any pirating links, may be I am wrong ? . All I want to do is download some movies to watch later on my Tv.
