For movies, Audio & Video is comparable to ATV2

Watched a HD copy of Deathly Hallows which was encoded from .avi to .m4v using Handbreak.

I'm loving it too. I don't even encode in MP4 anymore, I just use Air Video and play a live conversion using home sharing on my PC/MAC.

Mirroring of anything on the iPad screen to a large TV is the best new feature of iPad2 imo. this opens up a lot more options, esp in group settings.
