Moving apps

Im looking for a tweak that lets me move apps on my screen but when I let it go it doesn't move any other apps. I use anchor now to put apps where I want but when I do it moves the other apps and I have to redo the whole screen just for 1 app. Also I want to moves multiple apps at the same time on 1 page besides having to move just 1 at a time. Thanx
