Moving file from Mac Partition to Windows Partition

Okay, so I torrented a file from my Mac partition and want to move it from there to my windows partition. I don't have parallels or VMWare. I do have a .Mac account though, but how would I go about doing this? The file is 3.5 GBs.

For Boot Camp?

Download MacFUSE and NTFS-3G.

They'll give you NTFS write support from within OS X.

Copy it to your iDisk then retrieve it from there on your other OS.

Note: Set aside about half a day for this.

No USB flash drive or external drives available? You can usually get a flash drive for less than $10 (shipped, online) and it might be handy in the future.
