Moving Files, there has to be an easier way!

I think you're missing the point, that the cut actually just deletes the file, it goes to the Trash. You can't paste the file to a new location. It's a very illogical cut. Setting up a keyboard shortcut for the cut option doesn't change this fact, it just gives you a redundant keyboard shortcut to delete a file.
