Moving from 4 to 4s

What is the best method to move from one phone to another. Would I use a iPhone 4 backup to restore the 4S?

Need to move contacts and calendar as they are MOST important. I guess I could sync to Outlook and then sync the 4s to Outlook to do the same.

Use iTunes to activate/sync your new phone and it will restore your apps and stuff.

Like many things from apple, its quite seamless, and easy.

Um, restore from backup?

Once your iP4 is connected to iTunes you can click (right click PC) on it in the left side menu and then choose to back-up.
You will use this back-up when you connect your new iP4s.
Easy peasy!
