Moving from Aperture to iPhoto 2009 and syncronize library between multiple Macs

Hi all,
i'm just wondering to pass from Aperture into the simplicity of iPhoto (2009).
Which is the best method to move the master and all the projects from Aperture into iPhoto ?

There's a program to simply syncronize all/or part of iPhoto library between macs (no chronosync, please).
