Moving HOME icons.

Is there any way to rearracge HOME items from a mac or windows computer? I used to be able to do it in iTunes, but now that feature is gone. I know you can more icons directly from the phone, but i'd prefer to do this from one of my computers. I am open to third party software. Thank you.

The feature was removed from iTunes, and I believe the support for it was also removed from iOS around the same time, so there probably is not a workaround for that unfortunately.

The only thing that comes to mind that may help you accomplish this would be pushing a profile with specific screen settings through blueprints in Apple Configurator 2, but I imagine that would be way more complex that what you're looking for.
