Moving Icons Around

I thought I saw on one of the iPhone videos that you could change which icons were on the little dock at the bottom of the iPhone... yet I can't figure out how.

Any suggestions?

You can only change the icons on the bottom of the iPod and youtube apps. To do this you tap the 'more' icon and the the edit button in the top corner. Then drag the icons where you want them.
