moving idvd media?

ive just started mucking about with idvd and it looks good but unfortunatly my mac cannot burn dvds, sooo i was wondering if any body new a way i could put the file on a standard disk or flash drive and transfer it to a computer that can burn the dvd using the file?
any help would be great, cheers

If you connect the two Macs via a FireWire cable, this process will quick. There is more to that process here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1661

A flash drive would probably work as would a disk, but FireWire is the fastest way to complete this task.
