I have two Apple ID's

Apple ID 1:
iTunes Account
iTunes Match
iMessages
FaceTime

Apple ID 2:
iCloud (email, backups, contacts, calendar, etc.)

I want two move my iMessages and FaceTime from my first Apple ID to my second. That way when I'm setting up a new device I can just sign into my iCloud and have everything working. Right now I've been skipping that step and doing everything manually.

Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?

Delete your current iCloud account from your phone. Then log in with your other Apple ID. Any Apple ID can have iCloud. Doing this, all of your information is still on your phone. Once you log in to iCloud with your other Apple ID, all of your information (contacts, calendar, etc.) are available through that ID. Just backup after you do it, and your backup is now on that Apple ID as well.

So it works the reverse of what you want, you can't take your iMessages, etc. and move to the Apple ID you use for iCloud, but you can remove that Apple ID from iCloud, use your other Apple ID to sign in, and have iCloud join your other Apple ID.

Hopefully this makes sense..
