Moving Maps Bookmarks from one iPhone to another

Hi,

For the first time since getting my iPhone 5 I've gone to the Maps bookmarks and seen that they haven't moved over, I guess they aren't carried over with iCloud.

Is there a way to get my maps bookmarks from my iPhone 4 to my iPhone 5?
