Moving music from iPod Touch to another computer

Hi guys,

Just a quick question about music on the ipod. If I plug my iPod Touch to another computer, it ask's if I want to sync it. I click on cancel but I canstill see my tunes and videos but they are disabled(can't drag the tunes or videos off).

Is it possible to this?
