Moving My Contacts

Anyone have an easy way to move contacts from a MobileMe account to an iCloud account? No, I can't turn my MobileMe account into an iCloud account. I already have one now. There still isn't a way to merge, and the MobileMe account was just used to sync devices, really. In other words, I'm basically abandoning it...

I just need to move my contacts from MobileMe to iCloud, and I'm not sure how or what the easiest way would be. I'm sure that I'm not the only one in this boat, so I'm just curious about how some of you have done this or dealt with this.

Do you have a Mac and are your Contacts there in the Address book? If so, can you export them and then you have a backup. You can them import them where you want. I.E. is your Mac syncing with MM?
