Moving "Picture" directory

Hello folks,

I'd like to not my entire home directory (which is easy) but the Pictures, Music, and Movies to another drive.

Here's the kicker, I'd like it so sidebar has the same icons for these folders.

How do I do this?

Have fun and make sure you backup that new external since it hold important media data.
