Moving settings from IPad I to IPad II

I have bought some IPad Apps and install it on my IPad I.

How can I move them to my new IPad II ?

make sure you have a backup of the ipad 1 in itunes (it does this automatically everytime you sync it).

Restore from backup on the ipad 2.
