Moving the Dock to the Top

Can anyone tell me how to anchor my dock to the top of my screen (bottom of my task bar)? I've found how to do it for anything before Leopard but i can't for 10.5.
 
Go to google and search for a program called "deeper" and "Dock doctor"

One of these programs should help you with that
