The migration tool in the utilities folder should do the trick.

Bootcamp is an actual partition on the Hard Drive.

I haven't tried so I'm not sure if Migration Assistant will migrate the entire Hard Drive contents or just what is within the OS X partition.

A HDD cloning software would do the trick though.
